If you can't decide on a sport or hobby to take up, then consider joining a gym. Once that’s done you will need to get into the routine of going regularly. Try and schedule your visits to the gym at the same time every day (such as directly before or after work). Doing so will help you incorporate your workouts into your daily routine.
To stay motivated consider finding a gym buddy. Or better yet, hire a personal fitness trainer. ;) Having someone to train with can make you more accountable and puts pressure on you to turn up for your workout (rather than leaving your buddy high and dry).
